"I have been using State-Farm for 4 years, started when I moved out of my parents house and needed my own policy. I looked at several other companies and the best rates I got were from State-Farm. The price though was just the bait, the hook has been the customer service, Both the agent and office staff have helped answer many questions that I had, they have walked me through processes for adding more vehicles over the years, and have assisted with opening communication with another insurance company when my wife was rear-ended at a traffic light and I had difficulty getting in contact with the other involved party's insurance. They have gone above and beyond for me over the years! Very happy with my service from them."

"Kevin is absolutely wonderful with keeping in touch with us. He always makes sure we get what we pay for! He calls every couple months to check in to see if we need to make any changes to our policies. We have had some payment issues and he is always wonderful about contacting us and helping us! He is a 10/10 highly recommend!!!!"

"Let me tell you. I’m a nightmare of a customer. I have a 1000 questions and constantly text their number with questions. Not once has Kevin, his team, or State Farm let me down. When I was getting scammed In my car insurance Kevin called me personally and got me a policy that was in my budget and fair. He talked me through everything. Multiple times 😂 then when I decided to buy a house, I asked him what to do. This guy and his company walked me through like a child, the policies and everything that goes into buying a home and rope it in to my payment. He made sure I could Afford it, and I have to say it again they again answered all my dumb questions. I really don’t have to worry about a thing. 10/10 would recommend."

"we have been with this particular branch of State Farm for the last 20 years or so. we purchased both our house and car insurances from this branch. I would have to say that it has been a very pleasant experience to deal with them. we have had to approach them a to claim for weather related damages to our house a couple of times, as well for car related damages and each time State Farm has gone out of their way to make the whole process easy for us. I never had to argue with them regarding why this or that was not getting covered in our claims. They did what was right every time. Every phone call I made to them was answered promptly and they always got back to me with the necessary information if they did not have it when I called. I highly recommend this agent of State Farm."
